Jordan is exactly what we need. Big, tough, bruiser. Rebound first mentality. He is a New Heights kid that originally played PSAL ball but then went prep. Played very well at Indian Hills and originally committed to Arizona State but was arrested for stealing 2 DVDs from Walmart and ASU pulled the scholarship.
Regardless, I'm pumped to have him.

Lets not forget Momo Jones also. These individuals helped to put Iona on the map as a suitable landing spot for high major level talent who want to play close to home; on a winning team; and develop their skills. Hopefully Jordan Washington is the latest of many more to come who find success at Iona College.

RT @tariq_NPH: Tyrell Bellot-Green (Hill JUCO), Canadian 6'7 forward visits Iona this week, Colorado St next week. Hit 96 3s this season, 50% 3P. #CanBall

They have a ton of bigs returning, three of whom started.

Did a quick search and only saw references to Hill College and St. Benedicts Prep. From what I read, sounds like a perimeter player that's most effective when his feet are set.
