Expecting some surprises for OOC schedule. Too bad nothing like Kansas on horizon. I am sure the players really enjoyed their chance to play in that setting. Maybe Coach Massiello will remember us when he moves up. Anyone know Coach Calipari? How about Coach Izzo?

I would really be surprised if we travel to the midwest again this year, unless it's for an opportunity that we can't pass up (either big $$ or a storied program). Think we'll try to use the remaining OOC slots to schedule mid range RPI opponents in the northeast. Teams like Drexel, BU, Towson, Stony Brook, and maybe sprinkle in one or two bottom feeder BCS teams that will pay us to travel like Penn State, Rutgers, etc. Just throwing names out there, but believe this will be the admin's strategy.

Yes, Indiana State is confirmed. Glad to hear that. Really good to have quality mid-majors play us at Hynes. A welcome change that this staff has seemed to begin cultivating.

Here's a reach for a MSG double header. It'll never happen but I think it would be a decent shot at a local money maker:
Game 1: Fordham - Manhattan Game 2: Iona - St. John's

We need to play good teams. And why would Manhattan want to play Fordham in MSG? Fordham has no following and its RPI is just awful.

You could sell some tickets for this double header.

$$$$ exactly. Sat afternoon @ MSG. Fordham vs Manhattan is already a rivalry game played each year. I would assume that many would stay after Game 1 to watch the Game 2 fireworks
Never going to happen but "Dare to Dream".

83, maybe we can get a deal our best 4 schools host double headers in arenas, enough schools are close enough to work together

Anyone have updates on OOC games? Curious if anything has been confirmed beyond the 5 or 6 that we already know about.
