Good to see, though this poll often confuses me. I'm a big advocate of head to head. Wofford should be ahead of us - I know it was t 7:00AM and I know it was at Wofford, but they beat us up pretty good. Long term may not be better than us, but at this point in the season should be ranked higher. Akron very good, but their league stinks and will inflate their record, Green Bay OK, but over-rated. Holy Cross beats a top 25 Harvard in Boston and blows out their other two opponents and only gets to 23? I guess we will see whne they play a Syracuse team later this week, that is ripe for an upset. Some other head scrtachers also - Fairly meaningless at this point.

Curious to see where we land in the mid-major Top 25 once it comes out tonight.
In other ratings news, SJU moves all the way up to 20th in the AP poll and 23rd in Coaches Poll, while Seton Hall gets votes in both. Wonder when the last time that happened was.
Really a shame that the best local teams don't play each other for the good of NY hoops.

Shows what a win over Met power Fordham will do.
