Here's the breakdown on the Sycamores this season:
Record: 3-5 RPI: 274
Expected margin of victory is 20 points in our favor according to RPI Forecast.
Wow, ISU is usually strong. Must be a down year for them.

Yeah, this appeared to be a dangerous game before the season, but now, not so much.

If they had Larry Bird, in his prime, they couldn't beat us, on Saturday. (SF)

Time to get on a roll with a big win. The negative in the game against Rider was the number of turnovers, Iona needs to value the ball more. Hoping David Laury comes back with a focus similar to Taaj Ridley after he served his one game suspension. Grateful that AJ came up big like he did against Rider, but I would rather see more scoring from the rest of the team. I like the changing defenses to try to keep teams off-balance for stretches. This game should give more opportunities to the bench players to get game experience and build some confidence.

Dave needs to have his head on straight and be a leader. And by that I don't mean he needs to do everything, including dropping step back threes and beating guards off the dribble. He needs to lead by example, make good decisions, and be motivated to play against MAAC opponents because, well, that's the conference we're in. It nice to have a chance for glory in Nov and Dec. Its really nice to have a chance for glory in March. We don't get that chance unless we win the league.

Zagoria reporting Laury is expected back Saturday. Did he also report that Cam will be greeting him in the starting lineup announcements?

In every loss they got blown out except for ball state which was close. Memphis was up by 25 at half, butler was up by 23 and Illinois was up by 32. I don't foresee this being a tough game but at the same time i don't think we should take this game lightly. When we slack off and underestimate our opponent is we are most vulnerable.
