IW out 4-6 weeks with a fractured foot per his Instagram post. Feel bad for the kid, get better quick. Good news is 6 weeks brings him back the last week of feb, And in time to play a few games before the Maac tourney. Maybe the extra minutes for others can help us in the long run, this would have been an opportunity for Ellis or the guy from Mizzo.

Gay-er! Grow a pair or Go talk to your wife about your feelings. We want to talk about wins here. Post again when you have an update about IW's return. This is getting very ugly! Imagine if we had lost!

Guy was right when recently noted we are devolving into the MAAC Board. Everyone entitled to their viewpoint. I was expressing my sentiments as a former coach. Very hard to watch an athlete suffer the disappointment of an injury. Some respond positively to situation when support is expressed. Ichoops' response reminds me of a player standing over one my athletes taunting him after he suffered a broken nose and teeth from a cheap shot. Pathetic. Everything I post is to get a laugh. Nothing more. As Jeff R used to yell... "Be a man!!!!!" Talk about coaching style

Ari Kramer reporting on Twitter today that Williams had minor surgery on his foot to repair the foot fracture and iona is confidant he will be back. He said more will be known in coming days. Keep our fingers crossed, who knows maybe we will see him back sooner than the 4-6 week time table, at least there sounds like hope.

My son broke his arm (one of the forearm bones) this year playing soccer. Healed within a week or two and was playing at six weeks. Full cast for five weeks. Clean break.

Ellis would have got his chance, really could use this kid right now. Have to wonder if cluess played him more and gave him a little more of a chance he would still be here. It's amazing how just by losing Williams iona goes from best 3 point shooting team in the country to a little above average. Hines and Sed need to step up and hit 3's in his absence.

We will be OK. Have not even had the chance to practice w/o IW. I am worried about the lack of production from the bench, but am hopeful that will improve. Need to beat Rider now.

Coaching staff now has some time to implement changes in practices. Players get chance to understand adjusted roles. Kelvin will need to understand the need to play a little more in control to stay on floor and slow down on free throws. Bebis and Dublin will have to find ways to be productive offensively. Mohammed will have to refind confidence handling the ball. Hines and Casimir need to raise energy level and take advantage when open shots are available. Work in progress and patience needed. Be prepared for uneven performances until everyone adjusts and rotations set. Hoping for the best.

Don't believe that Hines and Casimir have to step up their three point shooting. Only CC, as Ryden can't get his shot off quickly enough. While he can hit the wide open three, in order to be effective he has to get his shot off quicker. If CC, as some have suggested is to end his career with 2K+ points, he must demand and shoot the ball more, A lot more, while IW is out.
