Hopefully we put on a show in the main event after the Duke-SJU undercard. :-)

I'm just hoping that the team doesn't get carried away playing in the Garden. And by that DL showing that he can hit the three, and taking three or four threes in the game. He's 3-13, in the past five games. But when he plays down low, he can't be stopped. Now if we have the game in hand, I have no problem, with him shooting from deep. And also, I think it's important that AJ doesn't force things. And by that I mean, using the NBA marker, when shooting from deep. You don't get 'more' for deeper three point shots. And of course, how do the two frosh handle the Big Stage?

That's what I'm talking about. If your going to bash SJU then at least be funny, and that is definitely funny. Good post 05. Unfortunately, we are going to get killed by Duke in the second half because we lack depth and Harrison is playing with an injured calf, and has no lift whatsoever.

I think SJU is going to get killed in the first half too. Sorry, Reksonn.

Is 16 our new lucky number? Last Sunday, Amayo started and had 16 points. An Iona career high. And then on Thursday, Bebis started and had an Iona career high, 16 points. Anyone else?

Super, you're correct. Amayo started and had 23 points against George Mason. But naturally (SF) I'm talking post IW injury. :-)

Today's game will feature Mr. Do It All, and he plays for Niagara. And while his numbers aren't eye poppin, Ramone Snowden leads his team in: Scoring Rebounding Assists Blocks Steals
Could he be the only guy in the country to do so?

Snowden is a very good player, really like his game. Underrated since he plays for Niagara, should have made MAAC ALL-ROOKIE team last year.

I don't think the people who work at MSG know they have to stay for a second game, never mind the media. All kidding aside the major NY media (TV news, major papers) coverage of the Maac in general has been virtually nil the last several years. The ny news barely even mention the Maac championship game anymore on the 11 pm news. It's the big east, ct., Syracuse or nothing, and all this despite iona clearly being the best ny metro program the past 5 years.
