Wow coming out of that time out with 2:00 left just a series of really bad decisions. Yes. They need to put this behind them. At Large went from minuscule to Zero percent chance.

Don't want to hear it was good to lose, not true!

Saw this one coming from a mile away. Not necessarily a bad thing. We needed a wake-up call before the games start to really count. Better now than in Albany. Probably drops us to a 13 seed, but still think it could be a positive in the end.

A John Dunne masterpiece. If we win the MAAC this loss against a league bottom feeder just dropped our seed to a 14 at best.

I hope we don't play 6 guys three days in a row next week.

I hope we don't play 6 guys three days in a row next week. I had serious doubts about this game also, and I was very nervous about going into the MAAC tourney riding a long winning streak. After the intensity of the Manhattan game this loss does not surprise me. I hate to see the team lose but I look at it this way. 1. We had a bad shooting game coming, and I hope we just got it out of our system. 2. This team should be ultra focused now going into the tourney. 3. The staff will make adjustments coming out of this loss, and the team will benefit from that in the MAAC tourney. 4. An at large was a pipe dream this year. Now the team has its back against the wall if it wants to go to the NCAA. That should bring out their best. No need to push the panic button here. I think this Iona team will use this as motivation. Credit to St Peters for a great game plan, playing with real passion, and an amazing shooting night for that team. If we see them in the MAAC tourney we will beat them.

We will not be a 14 seed, but we may have lost a home nit game. Here comes a torturous weekend.

St. Peter's played with more passion and shot great from beyond the arcin the first half.. the difference. Good wake-up call going into tourney. I can see St. Peter's making some noise up in Albany next week.

Before the season started, who here wouldn't have signed up for a 17-3, 24-7 record with the 1 seed going into this week? Let's get off the ledge and take a breath

Let's get off the ledge and take a breath I'm not on the ledge, honestly the game doesn't matter. I just don't feel as confident about this weekend. Dunne really knows how to beat cluess, our wins have been lucky. Still 3 wins to reach our goal.
