The kid has Iona connections... so keep the kid in your prayers and hope he makes the decision that is best for him and his family.

Adonal Foyle could've played anywhere, but had Colgate (family) connections and played in the Patriot League. He went on to be a first round NBA pick and have a 12 year NBA career. Few fly under the NBA radar, if you're good they'll know you are.

Jeff Goodman's transfer list top ten available
5. Pascal Chukwu, Providence -- His numbers certainly weren’t gaudy last season – 2.6 points, 2.4 rebounds – but Chukwu is 7-foot-2, has plenty of potential and still has three years of eligibility remaining. After sitting out a year to develop, Chukwu could be a major impact player.

Rumors on the Siena board has Ruland joining their staff as an assistant coach and some are claiming that he is going to bring Paschal Chukwu with him.

Yeah, saw that. Paschal was a guess by MTS--no basis in fact. I'm looking into the Ruland-to-Siena thing as we speak.

Chukwu would be crazy to transfer there ... if Patsos starts off bad next season he will be on the hot seat. If Patsos gets knocked out of the MAAC tourney early I think he and D'Argenio will be looking for new jobs. That would be a very bad situation for Chukwu.
