Pending Middle States approval, Iona is going to be closing the Rockland Graduate Campus when the lease at the Blue Hill Plaza runs out in July. The eventual renovation of the Business School (which will start once New Rochelle stops making Iona jump through hoops) and the increase of distance-learning opportunities were factors.
