I had the pleasure of watching the opening minutes of Iona/Duke game with an interesting sports personality.
He played basketball for Hank Iba at Oklahoma State.
He owns the last RBI for the St. Louis Browns - (now the Baltimore Orioles for the younger crowd, including me).

SLG, I have no idea. The only Brownie that comes to mind is Pete Gray, and I think he was a pitcher. Did your guy move on to Baltimore?

SLG, another name just came to me. The Browns had a guy named Danny Gallenhouse (or something like that). But have no idea if he's even still alive.

The last RBI for the Brownies (and one of his three in MLB) was also the last hit for Ed Mickelson. No, I didn't know it - I had to look it up.

I knew an Ed Michaelean (Sp??) who was a long time Westchester County Executive. But no Ed Mickelson.
