Florida gulf coast upsets Lipscomb tonight. Casimir 15 points and 3-4 from 3, 4-4 from the line but the rest of his stat lines not so good, but impressive win. They are coming on much like Iona. Feel bad for Lipscomb, you just can’t lose as a mid major or you fall right out of the at large picture, but road loss so they are probably still on the bubble.

Is it better for us if Canisius or Monmouth wins tomorrow? Can't figure that one out.

I suppose that would also eliminate a potential losing tiebreaker scenario with Monmouth in the event that we run the table.

Yes, and if we beat canisus Sunday we not only have a tiebreaker advantage with Canisius we have an advantage if canisus and multiple teams are in a tiebreaker. If canisus loses Friday and to us Sunday they may fall below quinny and then I think if quinny was tied with us they may win tiebreaker over us, we may not control our destiny after all. Basically beat canisus Sunday and then we want to either have a better record than everyone or have Canisius involved in the tiebreaker.

I guess the best bet is to just win and the rest should work itself out. All we can do now!

Yes many scenarios but one additional reason to root for Canisius Friday night is if we win Friday too I believe the winner of our game Sunday is the number 1 seed going into the final week, would make the game a battle for first!

According to Zagsblog, Bryant with their win on Thursday, became the only DI team to triple their win total over the prior year. Congrats, Jared.

Only top 8 teams make the NEC Tournament. Right now they are tied for the last spot 1 game ahead of two others. I'm rooting for Jared to get it done. Would be a great accomplishment in his first season.
