Looking at the schedules, 12-6 probably wins the regular season, most likely coming down to tie breakers. Going to need at least 10 wins to at least tie for 5th place, and again probably coming down to tie breakers. Going to be very difficult to finish top 5. Probably should have posted this in the "what if" thread, with so many lost opportunities. First things first, beating Siena on the road Wednesday night.
10-8 should get us in the top 5. 9-9 could too but would come down to tiebreakers. Not sure if 4-2 is possible, but we would all like our chances with a win here.
The greatest poster in the history of the MAAC as determined by THREE separate polls.
Siena with 4 in a row at home-then end with the Buffalo trip. Four of our last 6 are road games. Looks like Canisius may have the most favorable schedule with 4 at home.
Super, earlier in the season I was watching a Canisius game and their announcers were saying that the Griffs were playing better on the road than at home. Since then Reese has been suspended, and I don't know how they've done on the road recently.
Currently 8 teams separated by only 2 games for first place in the MAAC. Here is how the schedules for each shake out the rest of the way:
QU (9-5): ION, @mon, @spu, MAN CAN (9-5): @mon, @ion, NIA, SIE MON (9-6): CAN, QU, @man RID (9-6): NIA, ION, @mar ION (8-6): @qu, @man, CAN, @rid SIE (8-6): SPU, MAR, @can, @nia MAR (7-7): SPU, @sie, @fai, RID MAN (7-7): ION, @fai, MON, @qu
Impossible to make any predictions, but looks like Rider has the easiest schedule. We probably have the toughest schedule on paper, but who the hell knows what to expect with the way things are going this year.
Said in another thread that I thought we had the toughest pathway to first place. (That was before the win @ Siena.) If we go 3-1 (or better) we will have great momentum going to Albany.
One team that I don't want to be in the same bracket is Marist. Basing it on two things: 1. They are hot, like three or four in a row. 2. John Dunne. While at SPU, he always seemed to pull an upset, like with Rider, last year.

1. Avoid Siena and Rider until the final. 2. Avoid the ref Jeff "the high stepper" Anderson at all cost.

Here we go....
I always think like this but what you said earlier had an impact on me, we just have to play well, it doesn’t matter who we are playing. Play d and hit shots and we will advance, same with the next 4 games. Our coach is a huge advantage when everyone is basically the same.
A while back I posted that the 10,000 simulations that John templon does for all the tourneys was going to be very interesting for the maac, it’s even more interesting now. Here is my predictions:
