We control our destiny from here on out.
We are well rested and playing a Quinny team who is coming off a 3OT battle with barely no rest. Have to figure out a way to win this one!

Will be interesting to see the point spread, normally quinny would be -4, but with how many more minutes they have played in last few days you have to think that is a major factor in the spread and our chances.
I also posted about controlling our destiny, that is the good news. The bad news is we are currently back in the pig and even if we win Tuesday a loss Friday to manhattan could send us into 8th.

Correct. At least there is some excitement and finally something to look forward to this season as we head down the home stretch. PS The unbalanced schedule and uneven number of teams in the MAAC is a nightmare. Rarely ever do you have a point in the season where the teams have played an equal amount of conference games.

Young just was on fire. Gotta think he won't be as sharp Tuesday, unless of course we dont guard him.

Something special will happen. But I'm not sure for which team.

Something special will happen. But I'm not sure for which team. There’s a 1-11 chance I’m right, but I got a hunch Cluess gives us a better chance than that!

Spread is Q -1.5
Also I believe Iona wins tie breakers right now being 1-0 vs canisus, so they are not currently in a PIG.

With Iona and Siena wins tomorrow night, the MAAC will have 5 teams tied for 2nd place at 9-6, just 1/2 game behind 9-5 canisius. Pretty sure Iona would be in 2nd place because of tie breakers being 1-0 against both Rider and Canisius.

Spread definitely reflects Iona will be playing with fresher legs and yes I was wrong about pig, we are currently 5 seed. On a side note Sunday’s results gave us a chance to win the league and control our own destiny but also gave us a much better chance to end up in the pig.

Side note, I think Iona has been down by 10 or more at some point in a game for as long as I can remember. Would be nice to get off to a decent start. Haven't had multiple players click together in awhile for a full game. I'd say that is overdue and I really hope it's McGill and Crawford tomorrow.

Avoid the PIG and even the 4/5 game which usually turns into an ass grab.

1 seeds rarely win this tourney,as already said by many, avoiding the pig is really all that matters, this league is too tight to try to handicap or figure anything out.
