Senior Day, first place on the line, 5 game winning streak. If the first part of the season was dull we are certainly making up for it with an exciting end to it.
When is the last time we had a Senior Day matchup for first place against the other first place team? Can’t remember this happening before.

Canisius 7-1 in MAAC road games this year Yup. With Canisius and Rider, we will truly see where we are at. We are all feeling better, but we can't lose both of these.

I remember that in our first game with Canisius, Perez was great.

I remember that in our first game with Canisius, Perez was great. Correct. Perez/Crawford/mcgill/Gist were a combined 13-21 from three. Perez had 17&11. Agee didn't have a good game. Ristanovic didn't play, while Nikolic had 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Canisius is playing better without preseason POY Isaiah Reese. Canisius will have a size advantage and are probably more athletic. Ristanovic and Maxwell will have to provide some productive minutes off the bench. Two players to watch for Canisius are Faulkner, a very athletic 6'7" kid who has hurt Iona in the past. Canisius also has a 6'4" freshman Henderson. He is a very good three point shooter, who has had a few good games. Iona needs to guard him on the perimeter and not allow him to have a career game.

With Canisius playing better without him, I would be shocked if he plays tomorrow, though there hasn't been any official announcements of his status since being suspended.

For all of the success we’ve had over the past decade it’s hard to believe this would be our first regular season title in 4 seasons.

Looks like Reese has withdrawn from school to play professionally. I wonder if he will be the #1 Pick now that Zion is injured.

I know monmouth's Micah Seaborn dropped out and is playing in Europe.

Iona opens -6.5..sounds kind of high. Does seem a bit high. Seeing as how we are one of those easy teams on the Canisus schedule.

Iona opens -6.5..sounds kind of high. Vegas is on the Cluess bandwagon. Actually iona is about a point ahead of canisus in power ratings so you can see 5 with the home court but maybe senior day and the fact that iona is rolling bumps it a point.
