$45 million project. Must be nice. My understanding is that this project has been in the works, in some form or other, for several years. Fairfield has the land needed, the money, and most importantly, planning permission from their local government, for this project.

Got a tour of the renovated facility. They are doing a great job given the budget and limitations imposed by staying within the same footprint. Should be an exciting place to watch a game and a great home court advantage for the team. Some innovative designs for the new hall and entryway.

Maybe they heard us. Posted some more pictures and sounds like they are going to be done with bleachers to work on the floor next week. Also looks to me like each row of bleachers (while not chairbacks) have what looks to be a seat for each person, unlike traditional bleacher seating.
