Game of the year.. Finish of the year.. SF Austin knocking out Duke. College bball at it's best. Most amazing game ive seen in quite some time. Kensmil with the seated outlet for the winning bucket. Amazing. That kid is definitely one that got away.

The head coach and Nathan Bain, the kid who made the buzzer beater were very humble in the post game interview. Hard not to root for an underdog like SFA. Great win but that was not a true buzzer beater as if he missed the game was still tied. I’d take the win nonetheless😁!

Kensmil with the seated outlet for the winning bucket. Amazing. That kid is definitely one that got away. I think he would be a Senior now on Iona. Duke had a rough time handling him. Looks like he put on about 20 lbs of muscle. Was a Beast.

Both Kensmil and Proctor were hamstrung by having really good players ahead of them. AJ/Ced for Proctor and Edogi/Griffin for Kensmil. Playing time was sparse and I don't blame them at all for exploring other schools. Glad both are thriving.

I think for Proctor it was more about we didn’t want to deal with his helicopter parent and we had just brought in severe and cassell and Proctor didn’t want to compete against them. Turned out to work well for both parties.

Letting Proctor leave was OK, because Iona is always loaded with guards, I get it you cant keep em all. But Kensmil is a different story. I do think Iona may have made a mistake there if they didnt try hard to keep him here. He might be the #1 big man in the MAAC right now.

FWIW, when he was at Iona, I was told he wasn't the easiest to coach.
