Classy move by Tony, Pat and the rest at Seton Hall for coming "home" to Iona. SHU just lost at home by 14 to UConn. This likely won't be at all competitive, but it will be special nonetheless.

Too bad that Willard never acted in such a classy way after leaving.

Too bad that Willard never acted in such a classy way after leaving. Yup. Even outclassed by of all people his mentor, Pitino who did the same for him (even presented him with a watch).

Well considering SHU just played UConn close, that was a given. Thought there'd be more Iona fans here today.

There wasn't even a pre-game "Game Center" (or whatever it's called) on the Iona site. And when your TO's (31) more than double your FG's (15), you're probably not going to win.

Tony Bozzella is a class act guy. Having met Lauren DeFalco's family in Albany at the 2006 MAAC tourney and then sitting with them when we watched Iona and Lauren play Loyola the following season, I'm a big fan of Lauren. I wish the Lady Pirates the best the rest of the way.
Go Gaels!!!
