Apparently, C. W. Post will be naming former St. John's assistant Chris Casey to replace Tim Cluess as head coach.
I still remain admiring of Post and their players for the love they showed Coach Cluess in showing for his presser at Iona.

The CW Post hire tweeked my interest in how former Gaels; Andre Tarver, Kevin Hassett and De'Shaune Griffin fared this past year at the D2 level. Tarver.... 6.4 PPG at Slippery Rock Hassett.. 4.9 PPG at LeMoyne Griffin.....  at Fayetteville State (no stats, looks like he may have dropped off) Pretty much confirms KW's take that they wouldn't have gotten minutes had they remained. |

What about Mike Harris? Where did he end up? ;D

Harris was the best of the lot. He stayed at the D1 level at Ohio U, but I believe had to quit basketball altogether due to a medical condition.

Mike was a good player and a good person. He enrolled in Wheeling Jesuit, but was never cleared to play. Sad story, but he's a good kid and will land on his feet. (Ruland promised him a position on his staff if he ever returned to college basketball).
