Thanks SLG! www.wmubroncos.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=24351&SPID=1924&DB_LANG=C&ATCLID=205335265&DB_OEM_ID=4600Game #3 Western Michigan Broncos vs. Iona Gaels Friday, Nov. 29 - 3:30 p.m. ET San Juan, Puerto Rico - Coliseo de San Juan Series Tied 1-1 Radio: WKZO 96.5 - Kory Lee (play-by-play) Video: ESPN 3 • The game will be the second of the weekend for both teams, who are participating at the 5-Hour ENERGY Puerto Rico Tip-Off. Both teams lost their openers at the tournament • The Broncos have dropped two straight games to start the season for the second straight year; last year, they won their third game, defeating Milwaukee 67-55 • Today's game will serve as a glimpse into what might have been, in some ways; would the Broncos have defeated Buffalo in the Second Round of the CIT last season, they would have faced Iona in the next round. • The Broncos have not started a season 0-3 since the 2008-09 season • Matt Stainbrook posted the first double-double of the season for the Broncos against Temple, contributing 14 points and 12 rebounds. • Flenard Whitfield and Matt Stainbrook each finished 5-of-11 shooting against Temple, going for 11 and 14 points, respectively • The Broncos outshot (48.0 to 44.8) and out-rebounded (18 to 12) the Temple Owls in the second half of yesterday's game • Freshmen Austin Richie and Hayden Hoerdemann each scored their first collegiate baskets against Temple yesterday, with each making their first scores on three-point shots. Richie finished with five points. • The Broncos' bench outscored the Owls' bench 16-4

Gotlieb, who has seen a lot of alley oops, just referred to James as a freak.

James looks great--- that kid can jump out of the building
Smyth is on fire and scotty is really an impressive leader.
I was hoping that Glover developed a jumper in the off season, but he still doesn't seem comfortable shooting

james throws it down again! he is going to get the home crowd wild in new ro Once this team plays defense look out! They remind me of the old Loyola Marymount teams scoring wise with Kimble and Gathers. Tough to keep everyone happy though (especially the guards).

With all the possessions they have had in scoring about 190 points in 2 games, it is like they played 3 games offensively in just 2.

Gottlieb said Machado is better than Kendall Marshall of Carolina. I agree. Scott is top 3 PG in nation, maybe top at this point
