It's a long offseason. I was just over on ICGaels.com Anyone else want to take a stab at the cost of the new floor in Hynes. I'm going to "pin the tail" at $150,000 to $175,000.

Maybe that was the question. You can have either the C-Tourney or the wooden courts? If it were up to me (now), I'll go with the courts. Back in March, I probably would have gone with the tourney. But that's why were paying Pat Lyons the big bucks. JMSO.

OT...Ref: Monroe Jr. College......See where a veterens group is trying to raise 5 million to save and restore the old New Rochelle Armory......Monroe is interested, as they would like to upgrade the Gym located there, where they would have a nearby place to play their home games......Believe Salesian High School played games there many years ago.....Monroe sure seems to be succesful, as they are buying up almost all the property in that end of town..
With Monroe.... College of New Rochelle....Iona...13 Public schools, Dozens of churches, scores of diplomatic homes off the tax roll, and long time exemtions to builders it is no wonder that our taxes are among the highest in the country......
Go Gaels!!!!!!

I'll disagree. The kids deserved the postseason bid. That should have happened, period.
