There is no way Iona will be favored by that much at Wofford. I'm not even sure we should be favored at all.
Vermont is supposed to be down this year. Siena plays them next and should blow them out.

[There is no way Iona will be favored by that much at Wofford. I'm not even sure we should be favored at all. We beat them rather easily last year at home...Also with a 7 am game down in Spartenburg S.C. most of their fans will be out milking cows.....I hope they don't read our board, this might rile them up... Stanford beat them by about 16 at home...We should fall somewhere between that 16 point difference...With their home court advantage I am a sticking with 4-6 IONA...

It wasn't THAT easy at home. And I'll guess Wofford doesn't host ESPN games often. They will have a packed house.
This is a coin flip game. I'll call it a pick'em.

Watching Albany at Providence. 60-58 Providence, with the ball, 37 secs left.

Duke up 44-30 at the half vs Fairfield. Not bad for the Stags considering they played yesterday in Hamden.

The Albany Providence final score will scare the crap out of the Siena fans.

Fairfield gave Duke all they could handle before succumbing by 50.

Bobby Walsh, former Iona assistant, and son of Don Walsh, had a tough first game as a DI HC, losing to Butler, 99-57, at Hinkle Field House. I told his brother John to make sure Bobby has the height of the baskets measured, just like they did in Hoosiers. It's going to be a tough year for Maine, probably, but I'm guessing that it won't be long before he has a pretty good team. Their starting PG is former Iona recruit, until CC verballed, Aaron Calixte, who made his debut with 12 points. Gives Bob a good PG to build around.

Wow, that's a nice win for Del St, though I realize Penn isn't what it was.

Fairfield gave Duke all they could handle before succumbing by 50. After swearing off the 1 and done type players, coach K has adjusted nicely! What's next a JUCO transfer to Siena?
