We are the most talented team in this Tourney. Just play up to potential and we are dancing.
ETA: we just have to play our game, and not let an opponent dictate the pace of play.
Go Gaels!!!

Want to see Laury playing in the paint, and not spending too much time on the perimeter, shooting 3 pointers. There is not a player on Siena that can guard him. Siena's frontcourt players foul like it's a requirement to keep their scholarships. Laury and Amayo driving to the basket should have them all in foul trouble early.

What's the reason the torny was moved back?

I look forward to the team playing Siena in front of their home fans. Great prep for the rest of the tourney. Nothing like a hostile crowd to egg a team like Iona on. I hope the team re-reads every hateful and bigoted statement the Siena fan base has made about them.
Pound the ball inside and foul them out. Then light them up from the 3. We beat them last time without IW and AJ.

I hope the refs let us play. Refs were too much the story in our home games vs Monmouth and Manhattan. it is really such bs that it's a home game for these guys. Add the refs to the equation and it could me much harder for us. Still think we're going to win the whole enchilada.

Ed Corbett worked the Siena-Niagara game. Twenty two fouls (total) were called. I don't expect a top crew for our Saturday game.

Attendance for yesterday's games was just over 4K. I realize these were PIG games, but thought there would be more, considering that both Siena and Marist were playing. Was weather a factor?

Would expect tomorrow's game to draw somewhere in the 7-8K range.
