Might just be me, but Angelo Brizzi looks like a future NBA player. Why isn't he a five star?
Players' ratings can change. If he was able to play in the Nike or Adidas AAU circuits this year his stock might have gone through the roof and he could have earned the ★★★★★ rating. This happens all the time in football recruiting ratings. There are many 3 star recruits that jump a star after an early commitment to a Bama, Georgia, Clemson, USC, etc. I don't think they are padding the ratings for the schools, I think the rating services get nervous that they must have missed something if the coaches see something in these kids to make their recruiting a priority.

Jordan Wildy - 6'9" PF out of Rock Hill, SC and Moravian Prep. He is transferring to Winston-Salem Christian for next season. Offers from LaSalle, UNCW, UIC, Elon, Western Carolina, Tulane, Marshall, UMBC, Appalachian State, New Orleans & Winthrop. Interest from Cincinnati, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Radford, St. John’s
Scouting Reports: "Jordan is a prospect that we got to see a lot this past season as he was with Moravian Prep’s national team before announcing his transfer to Winston-Salem Christian to play with Coach Antonio Lowe.
At Moravian, Wildy saw his role change throughout the year, going from basically a reserve at the start of the season to an impact guy during their title run in the Phenom HoopState Championship. He showcased the kind of skillset people are looking for in modern-day forwards by shooting the ball and protecting the rim. That event is actually where Wildy showed his full bag of tricks as an inside/out scorer with great shot-blocking ability on the defensive end. In their semi-final matchup against Word of God, Wildy hit big shot after big shot, cementing his status as one of the best stretch big prospects in North Carolina. He loves the corner 3 and he doesn’t telegraph his game at the offensive end, simply taking what the defense gives him. Those performances gave Wildy the confidence he needed to take that next step . Wildy currently holds offers from UNCW, UIC, Elon, La Salle, and Western Carolina where he was once committed before he reclassified down to 2021. If Wildy can continue bulking up his wiry frame and deepen his offensive arsenal, expect that offer sheet to rise and more high major schools to become intrigued with the versatile forward." - by Miles Masercola, Phenom Hoops Report, -Potential HoopState National Breakouts: 2021 Edition (Part Two)- Apr 27, 2020
Lucas Taylor - 6'6" SG out of Wake Forest, NC and the Heritage High School. 3★ recruit. A very athletic player that has great range. Averaged 21.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game this past season.
Offers from VCU, Vanderbilt, Wake, Richmond, Providence, Wofford, UNCW, Hofstra, Old Dominion, NCA&T, Holy Cross, Elon, East Carolina & Appalachian State. Interest from Davidson, Western Carolina, Clemson, VMI, Citadel, Charlotte, Liberty, Ohio, Lehigh, Virginia Tech, College of Charleston, George Mason, Rice, Holy Cross, NC State, Yale, Columbia, and Georgetown.
Scouting Reports "Moving onto a player that possesses a pretty strong crossroads between productivity and long-term potential, Lucas Taylor. He’s a wing prospect that does a quality amount of everything on both ends of the floor while providing great energy and an exceptional feel for game. Taylor is a useful all-around scorer and defender, and does a terrific job of operating within the glue-guy role. Next in his development process is working to become quicker, as it would make him an even more dynamic threat off the dribble. Coach Williams on Taylor: “Lucas can pass nicely or shoot the ball from midrange and beyond the arc. He has a very long wingspan and is a good open court player. He has a nice IQ and gets his teammates involved whenever possible.” Taylor understands how to make efficient use of his touches while impacting the game consistently in all areas, making him a prospect worth keeping an eye on over the coming years." by Jeff Bendel - North Carolina Phenom 150 Session 2: Evaluation Team 12- Nov 6, 2018
"Lucas Taylor- Long, rangy wing prospect with nice athleticism and a formidable three-point stroke. He forced numerous turnovers and pushed the break in transition. Taylor was a willing passer that made nice reads with the ball in his hands." by Jeff Bendel- Midday Standouts at NC Phenom 150 Camp- Oct 14, 2018
"Taylor has made steady progress in his game over the last 2-3 years and it's showing dividends in his production along with his recruitment level. He’s emerged as the kind of modern-day wing that can find a role within a rotation on so many rosters due to the skillset he brings to the table. Taylor has shown the combination of perimeter shooting and defensive versatility that is valued so highly in modern basketball. He sports a wiry frame with excellent instincts on the offensive end while moving without the basketball. The kid finds a way to get open and shoot a high percentage from the perimeter. With the strong interior presence of Will Felton (Keep an eye out for part two) on this G-Road squad, Taylor had a chance to be a beneficiary of playing with a go-to big that knows how to find his shooters on the perimeter when the defense collapses and if the travel season can somehow return, expect that to be a dynamic duo for this program. Taylor has made considerable strides in his ability to create offense and has shown great consistency as an off the dribble jump shooter when he brings that out of the bag. Taylor currently holds offers from Hofstra, ECU, and Wofford. Expect that list to grow among mid-majors considerably, even beyond the east coast. I also wouldn’t be surprised at all to see high majors become more and more intrigued as Taylor continues to showcase his tantalizing skill set." -by Miles Masercola - Potential HoopState National Breakouts: 2021 Edition (Part One)-Apr 22, 2020

We did.
Correct me if I'm wrong '86, but you usually don't add our offers to these write-ups. I always figured our offer was implied by the fact that you were posting it.

That is 100% correct.
no problem, i saw a list of many teams but didn't see Iona University
Our general approach is that usually Sharkey and sometimes I will post the twitter graphic of a kid tweeting his offer or of a report of an offer, and then I86 gives us the goods. Sometimes we'll share a kid when there's interest and not an offer, though that's more rare. And sometimes I'll get lazy and just retweet reports rather than copy and share here, and I86 will see that I tweeted it and provide the info. I think that's what just happened with this last kid. So, it's my fault because I was lazy LOL.
