Jalen Deloach- 6'8" F out of Savannah, GA and Berkmar HS. Rated a 3★ recruit by 247Sports. Recently reclassified from 2020 to 2021 and will play for The Skill Factory next season. Was selected to the Third Team Hoop Seen All-State. The former staff was recruiting him and he was reportedly one of the first players that Coach Pitino contacted once he came on board.
Offers: Georgia, Ole Miss, South Carolina State, Appalachian State & Texas Southern.
Interest: Alabama, Georgia Tech, Rice, South Carolina, Charleston, Mississippi State, Clemson, George Mason, East Carolina, UNC Wilmington & Kansas State
Scouting Report:
"There are plenty of college programs looking to add post players to their roster for next season, and Jalen Deloach looks like an emerging option. He showed flashes last year and over the summer, but appears to have taken another positive step forward. At 6-foot-8 or 6-9, Deloach has a projectable frame with wide shoulders and long arms. Deloach is active and took pride in the matchup against Jabari Smith. Offensively, Deloach didn’t get many opportunities, but he made a number of impressive passes. There are rumors that he could end up reclassifying to 2021, but regardless he’s a good looking long term prospect." - By EVAN DANIELS Nov 30, 2019 - Holiday Hoopsgiving Recap: Young talent shines in Georgia.
"I often brag about the benefits of living in a city like Atlanta with so much talent. It allows me to see so many different top prospects without doing too much traveling. On Wednesday, I went to check in on Jalen Deloach, an unsigned senior big man at Berkmar High School who has had some high-major attention over the past year. I’m convinced he needs to be a high-major target over the next couple of months for teams that need a forward. Granted, he played against a team that didn’t challenge him much with size, but the 6-foot-8 forward played exactly the way he should have and dominated the paint on both ends. Beyond that, he’s a really fluid athlete that is really comfortable handling the ball and is a really good passer. I’m not sure he could ever lead a team in scoring, but he could be an important piece on a good team. - Dan McDonald - Rivals - 2/7/2020
"Long, athletic 3/4 man who can shoot outside and has a high motor. Matchup problem at the next level."- Southern Hoops Report - Berkmar-Summer 2019.
" The 6-foot-7 junior wing, Jalen Deloach, had himself one hell of a game against Georgia’s class 7A defending state champions, McEachern. The 2021 prospect put up 30 points while snagging down 15 boards for the game. Jalen set the tone offensively for his team early in the game. His motor throughout the contest was just on another level compared to everyone else. Deloach was able to assist his Berkmar squad with second-chance opportunities and was super efficient finishing around the rim. If Jalen continues to play like he did last night throughout the season, it is without question college coaches will be rolling in." - Hoop Hustler Home - 2019 Georgia Elite 8 Tip-Off Classic Standouts
Player comments on recruiting: “They love my game and coach Pitino wants high major players and long wings like me,” he said. “Also, how I can get developed and get to the league.”
Sean Durugordon - 6'7" SG/SF out of Putnam Science Academy via Queens, NY. 3★ recruit (Rivals) and currently ranked 14th in the NERR - New England Class of 2021. Was selected as All-NEPSAC "B" this past season. Was also selected by Noop Hustle's 2020 First Team ALL-NEW ENGLAND PREP TEAM. Has a 7 foot wingspan.
Offers: DePaul, Penn State, Georgia. VCU, UCONN, Fairfield, Hofstra, Holy Cross, Marist, UMASS, NJIT, Binghamton, Old Dominion, FDU, Quinnipiac, San Francisco, USF, Vermont, Sacred Heart, Wagner,
Interest: UCONN, Georgetown, Providence, Rutgers, Creighton, St. John’s, Missouri, Tulsa, Xavier’, Temple, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, Washington State, Virginia Tech & East Carolina.
Scouting Reports: "Durugordon is a native of Harlem, N.Y., that possesses a nearly 7-foot wingspan. He is more than an above-average athlete that uses such physical traits on the defensive end in guarding up to four positions in the half-court setting. Durugordon has become lauded as a hard worker with tremendous upside. He posted close to 22 points, 11 rebounds, and three assists during his junior season. He also made 39-percent of his perimeter attempts and carries a 3.3 GPA in the classroom. Right off the bat, the length and athleticism stand out. He is not a stiff-bodied wing but rather someone that uses his size well in getting places with the ball, finishing at the basket and defending all over in the half-court. The fact that he has made close to 40-percent from behind the 3-point arc and can pass it accurately on the go adds up to what is a super intriguing prospect. Durugordon must refine his ball skills and handles in the coming months, but his plethora of tools and size equate to a high-upside recruit. Slated to play with the Crown travel program on the Hoop Group circuit this summer, maybe his recruitment doesn’t touch the high-major level but he is someone that the local Atlantic-10 schools should track as well as the nearby power conference programs." - Corey Evans -Rivals
Recruiting Comments: "Coach Pitino is a legendary coach and I think he is building something special there at Iona,”
"The school that I choose to commit to would have to be a school that I know loves me both on the court and off the court. I will know this by simply how many times I speak to them and see them in person. If they are texting me on the regular, at my practices and games constantly I'll know they are very interested in landing me. These are all factors I think about when it's that time. I want to build a strong trust with them, so I know they will give me the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the team once I get on campus.”

Riley is a 6'3" SG. Top 150 player 3-star recruit. Has received some HM offers. I86 would know more about offers and interest. Feeling is his recruitment would have blown up if there was a AAU season
Jordan Riley - 6'4" SG out of BrentwoodHigh School and NY Lightning AAU - He Rated a 3★ recruit and rated as the 140th best player in his class. Was this year's Newsday Suffolk POY. Was a 2020 First Team All-State selection who averaged 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists .
Offers: Wake Forest, Georgetown, DePaul, Virginia Tech, Seton Hall, St. John's, Rutgers, PITT, Kansas State, Hofstra & Stony Brook.
"Just looking at sophomore guard Jordan Riley from New York, you might guess that he’s a football standout, but he can hoop. The guard is quick, jumps out of the gym and has the body of a college player. Along with his ability to get off the floor in a hurry, he’s a confident jump shooter and one to monitor closely moving ahead". - ILUVBBALL - Brentwood Stud shows Out at Underclassmen All-American Game In GA - MARCH 26TH, 2019
Some recent comments by 4★ Iona recruit and Top 25 player in his class, KJ Adams, who has already placed Iona in his Top 10 schools he is considering. His Top 10 are Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Georgetown, Arkansas, Kansas, Baylor, Iona, Texas & UCF.
Kansas: One of my favorite schools. They have a winning mentality, are a basketball school & they have such a rich history when it comes to basketball and development. I will go on a visit when things open back up.
Baylor: I like the family atmosphere in the program & I have a strong relationship with the staff. (Associate Head Coach) Jerome Tang is who I talk to the most and I would say (Head Coach) Scott Drew is second, but I hear from every assistant.
Iona: Really like what (Head) Coach (Rick) Pitino is looking to do at Iona. He sees me as someone that can come in and contribute right away and play multiple positions. I hear from all the assistants as well. Looking to find out more about the campus but I am high on them.
UCF: (Head) Coach (Johnny) Dawkins is in touch with me one on one. We don’t just talk about basketball either. We talk about life stuff too. He sees me as a SF/PF and someone that would be a transition player. Being able to handle it in open court, finish in space.
Arkansas: Was my most recent offer and there is a lot of interest with them. I talk to (Head) Coach (Eric) Musselman a lot and he sees me as someone that can be a big asset for them.
Georgetown: It’s family-oriented out there and I really like that. I have a good connection with the assistant coaches and I talk to (Head Coach) Patrick Ewing some too. Rich tradition of basketball there and they compete.
On the subject of major keys in making a decision, Adams talked about the importance of being in a family-oriented atmosphere, the opportunity to receive playing time when arriving on campus and being able to utilize his versatility on perimeter.
