Alex Fudge - 6'8" SF out of Lee High School in Jacksonville, FL and TEAM CP25 AAU. A 4-Star recruit and Top 100 player in his class. Averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds a game this past season. Reportedly developing a close relationship with the Virginia Tech and Texas staffs. Academics are important and he wants to make sure that athletes are given all the assistance they need to succeed academically. He was expected to get many more top offers once AAU season started this year. Ranked as the 5th best player in his class in Florida.
Offers from Alabama, Oklahoma State, Clemson, Florida, Texas, DePaul, GT, Iowa State, Lafayette, North Florida, Stetson, TCU, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, South Florida and Wake Forest Looks from Florida State, Kansas, Notre Dame, Georgia, PITT, Xavier, Holy Cross, Yale, Maryland, Tulane, USC.
Scouting Reports: "Alex Fudge (Class of 2021) a 6’5 CG from Robert E. Lee High School. Alex was outstanding this weekend. He is super smooth and shoots the ball well from the outside. Alex is what we call a big guard at 6’5 he attacks the basket well. The only negative we saw was he didn’t attempt to layup the ball on the left side with his left hand."- Hoop Hustlers- Hoop Exchange Fall Festival Showcase
"Alex Fudge, a 2021 forward from Jacksonville, Florida, was on the same team as Sallis (Hunter Sallis Top 100 CG) and showed he's one of the better leapers in the camp. He had multiple dunks and skied for rebounds. He has a unique ability to get to the rim and score off the bounce. In the skill-work portion of the camp, he was dunking virtually everything. He'll likely add good weight to his 6-foot-7, 172-pound frame as he matures. And you can't teach a 7-foot wingspan. Iowa State, TCU and Florida offered this week after his performance at the Academy. That adds to an offer list that includes UCF, Stetson, North Florida and Louisiana-Lafayette. Florida State and Wake Forest haven't offered but have been in contact with Fudge." - Mike Sautter-World-Herald- Nebraskans impress in front of major college coaches at NCAA Basketball Academy
