Justice Williams - 6'5" CG out of Philly. Played for the Hilltopper Heat AAU, NY Rens AAU and Team Final AAU and will be attending Roman Catholic. Projected as a high major recruit. Offers from Iona and Penn State. Interest from Pittsburgh, Maryland & Syracuse.
Scouting report: "After spending some time with the New York Rens this year, 2022 guard prospect Justice Williams returned home to play for Team Final, with his debut being at the 'Proving Ground'. The 6'3" combo guard is an awesome talent at this stage, and is the owner of the most impressive mid-range game in the class, in my opinion. A smooth athlete who is quick off-the-dribble and playing routinely above the rim, he proved that he's one of the best 25 talents in the country right now. As far as high school goes, the four schools he's considering are Archbishop Wood, Archbishop Carroll, Cardinal O'Hara and Roman Catholic." - Eric Hampford, Future 150 March 19, 2018.
"The long and lanky 6'2" point guard had his offensive game on full display Wednesday evening, as his mid-range game was firing on all cylinders. He's able to get to the rim at will, and uses his length to disrupt passing lanes on the defensive end." - Eric Hampford, Future 150 July 5, 2017
" Showing his versatility on the court this afternoon. His length gives him the ability to be a pesky defender and threat on the glass. Aggressive on offense, not afraid to attack the lane and can get to the basket." - Hoop Group Team Camp Day 1 Standouts - Kaitlyn Fedor 06/30/2018

How can a kid be offered, announce it on Twitter and not know Iona is a college and not a university? I would say the connection is very weak in these instances. See this all too often and suspect these kids are never heard of again as the graduation year comes around...

Iona offered the same day as Duke, Kansas and UCLA. Maybe in 4 years the staff can recruit against the big boys!! Sierra Canyon High School has only two freshmen on their varsity roster. Amari Bailey (originally from Chicago) who is a 6'4" PG/SG who has already committed to UCLA, and Lathan (Tookey) Wigington a 5'5" PG who is former Seton Hall player Pookey Wigington's kid. The team also has Scotty Pippen, Jr. (2019), a 4-Star SG, Cassius Stanley 5-Star SG and Top 30 recruit, Kenyon Martin, Jr. a 3-Star PF, Terren Frank a 4-Star PF, Christian Koloko a 3-Star 7' C who is already committed to Arizona.

I wish we would stop offering 4* recruits waste of time they’re not coming let’s be real I have no problem with the staff offering these type of recruits, especially kids this young.this kid's ranking is based on potential. Maybe he doesn't develop into a top 100 ranked kid, but into a very good mid major level recruit and Iona gets him because of building a early relationship. Same can be said for offering highly ranked juniors and seniors that go to HM programs. If thongs don't work out, Iona will already have a relationship with a recruit looking to transfer.

LOL. So what are the chances landing a recruit referencing the offer from "the University of Iona"?

I wish we would stop offering 4* recruits waste of time they’re not coming let’s be real There a lot reasons to offer a kid we probally won’t get 1-build relationship with his coach and their program 2-Transfer possibility down the line 3-He tells other kids about us,maybe a good player but not a4 or 5 star recruit Not a waste of time, ask Jeff Rutland,Glenn Vickers, and Kevin Hamilton.
