Siena not only knew what was going on, it has been going on for the 5 years he was at Siena. Patsos biggest "issue" as far as the Siena administration was concerned was going 8-24. The delusional Siena fan base continues to bring up how much more dirt Siena has on Patsos, and that's the reason he settled for 350K. If Siena, who is hurting financially, had so much more on Patsos why did they give him 350K? sharkey IMO............IMO the whole Patsos---Siena situation smells...With the prestige Siena had at the time, how and why was Patsos hired when there were tons of far more able coaches that would jump at the chance...That is the basic question that needs answers, and if truth be known both Siena and Patsos are complicive. 5-6 years have been waisted at a once proud school and both Siena and Patsos have much to answer...The fan base is not without some blame as it for the most part welcomed ''JIMMIE'' while they were being used and fooled... There is now little chance of the truth being fully known as both sides are in ''Cover up'' mode and will let time be its partner..!!!!

The guy didn’t function in a vacuum. It’s Siena’s responsibility to perform oversight. If I’m a Siena fan I pipe down about how much dirt Siena has on Patsos as that can come back to bite Siena in the ass.

Every day they post possible NCAA violations. The compliance department had zero institutional control. If per diem paperwork was forged, it doesn't end with Patsos or the assistant coach he handled them. The compliance dept. is supposed to validate them also. They just let the program run wild for 5 years.
