Isaiah Reese makes it official. Leaving Canisius to enter the NBA draft IMO has no shot to make any roster. Bad decision!!

Everyone thinks they can make the Knicks' roster.

It looks like Gavin is getting some love after averaging 14.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in JUCO. Good for him.

I know the MAAC has been down for the past few seasons, but it seems the league is losing top talent at an increasingly concerning rate each year. With the exception of Iona, everyone else in the league has had a difficult time retaining their most talented players. QU with Dixon and Kiss, Canisius with Reese and Molson, Monmouth with Seaborn, and so on.
While this bodes well for Iona to continue its MAAC dominance, it's not a good thing for the reputation or long-term stability of the league.

Not all of them, but many.

Sign of the times. Smaller conferences are being raided. Easier for big schools to see a player stand out at the mid-major level and say "we'll go get him" than to guess on whether some recruit is good enough for them based on the eye test.
Cluess/Grasso ahead of the curve as Iona's recruiting style that several of you have questioned for years is actually far safer as players can't be poached. Wave of the future as D1 approaches "free agency" style recruiting.

There are a lot of very good grad transfers out there including several PG from the Ivy League. One I especially like is Adlesh from Columbia. His 3pt percentage is top 20 in nation. Have no idea whether he is interested in us or if we've showed interest in him.

I want a couple of 6-9 guys who hit 40% of their three-pointers and a stud point guard. Is that too much to ask for? :-)
