If Cluess comes back and leads this team to the MAAC title, it would be one of the greatest stories in MAAC history. Even he can't save this. Highly unlikely even with cluess but impossible without him. This Iona roster has a collective basketball IQ that is horrendous. Take Agee for example. Passionate, sure. Good judgment? No f-ing way.

Niagara (6-11, 4-2 MAAC) won at home 72-71 over Siena (7-9, 3-4 MAAC). Greg Kuakumensah led the Purple Eagles with 17 points off the bench. Manny Camper led the Saints with 21 points.
Canisius (8-10, 3-4 MAAC) won at home 95-86 over Rider (9-8, 3-4 MAAC). Malik Johnson scored 18 points to lead 5 Golden Griffins who scored in double figures. Tyere Marshall led the Broncs with 31 points in 31 minutes of play.

Ohio (10-9) lost at home 83-74 to Toledo.
LaSalle (10-8) lost 75-57 at Richmond.
Marist (4-13, 3-5 MAAC) won at home 75-73 over Manhattan (8-8, 4-3 MAAC). Tyler Sagl led the Red Foxes with 23 points. Tyler Reynolds matched his 23 points for the Jaspers. With Marist's win, Iona now has sole possession of last place in the MAAC.

Kennesaw State (1-18) lost at home 78-58 to North Alabama.
UConn (10-8) lost 63-59 at Houston.
Colorado (15-4) won 78-56 at home vs. Washington State.

Monmouth (11-7, 5-2 MAAC) won at home 82-71 over Niagara (6-12, 4-3 MAAC). Deion Hammond led the Hawks with 22 points and two of his teammates had double-doubles: Ray Salnave (16 points, 11 rebounds) and Marcus McClary (10 points, 11 rebounds). Marcus Hammond led the Purple Eagles with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
Rider (10-8, 4-4 MAAC) won at home 70-66 over St. Peter's (6-10, 3-4 MAAC). Dimencio Vaughn with 15 points led 4 Broncs who scored in double figures. Matthew Lee was tops for the Peacocks with 12 points.
Siena (8-9, 4-4 MAAC) won at home 70-57 over Marist (4-14, 3-6 MAAC). Elijah Burns led the Saints with 19 points. Tyler Sagl led the Red Foxes with 17 points.
Quinnipiac (10-7, 5-2 MAAC) won at home 81-67 over Fairfield (7-11, 3-4 MAAC). Rich Kelly led the Bobcats with 27 points and Kevin Marfo had another double-double, scoring 13 points with 15 rebounds. Landon Taliaferro was tops for the Stags with 21 points.

Princeton (7-8) won at home 87-41 over Rutgers-Camden.
Fairfield (8-11, 4-4 MAAC) won at home 63-55 over Canisius (8-12, 3-6 MAAC). Jesus Cruz led the Stags with 21 points in 26 minutes off the bench. Malik Johnson was tops for Canisius with 17 points.
Rider (11-8, 5-4 MAAC) won 67-63 at Manhattan (8-9, 4-4 MAAC). Frederick Scott led the Broncs with 25 points and 11 rebounds. Pauly Paulicap led the Jaspers with 18 points and 11 boards.
Siena (9-9, 5-4 MAAC) won at home 84-61 over Quinnipiac (10-8, 5-3 MAAC). Jalen Pickett led the Saints with 25 points and 8 assists, and Elijah Burns added 19 points with 13 rebounds. Rich Kelly's 12 points led 4 Bobcats who scored in double figures, including Kevin Marfo who added another double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
St. Peter's (7-10, 4-4 MAAC) won at home 58-53 over Niagara (6-13, 4-4 MAAC). Matthew Lee led the Peacock with 13 points. Greg Kuakumensah was leading scorer for the Purple Eagles with 13 points.

IMO, the team that we should be most afraid of is St. Peter's. I didn't realize what a fantastic recruiting job that Shaheen has done, especially considering their facilities (or lack thereof). I just checked their roster and they have SIX FROSH and THREE SOPHS, eight of whom have contributed, this year. The one who hasn't and is considered a project, is their seven foot sophomore, Mayok (Sp?). Their only worry is keeping Coach Holloway, if they have MAAC Tourney success. Were any other posters aware of just how young a team SPU is?
