Disagree. He's a good three point shooter when he is wide open when he gets the ball. Has no ability to get himself open and not a good ball handler. Like him, but he is not the answer. Canisius and St. Peters scouted us well and made sure he never caught the ball with space. Correct just a jump shooter nothing more Ross is far from being a one-trick pony. He had 29 steals in the season, 33 assists, 91 rebounds. He had 32 To for the season. Gist had 28 in less than half a season. Guys are totally underestimating him!

Don't let last night's game diminish Ross' 3pt shooting. In the six games prior: Canisius( 1-4) SPU (3-6) Quinny (4-8) NIA (5-7) CAN (6-9) Rider (4-8) Total (23-42) My point is that we have a great long range shooter. And while I don't have Asante's numbers, I consider him a VG 3pt shooter, as well. Gist 36% from three in 2018 and 35.9% from three this year. Not bad, not great.

thehat, while I can't prove this but I feel that, with better coaching, Gist's numbers from 2018 would have improved this year. And by better coaching I'm including not playing him out of position. JMO.

JMO. no doubt. Agee, Jelly and to a lesser extent Crawford did not come close to their potential this year. If tc was there everyday, coaching, much different results.

I like Ross, but he probably won't be the 3 point answer. More a second option.

I think a guy like Van Eyck will thrive under Pitino. I know it’s early

Agree Dylan will be perfect fit for Pitino He’s going to have to fight for his job as I’m sure Pitino is going to bring in 5 new guys who can possibly start and the returning 6 players are really going to have to impress to get minutes. Highly doubt it will be just 6 new either, we will probably lose 2 or 3 of those 6, so probably 8 or 9 new players, with 2 or 3 5th year players who each could start. On a personal note I have seen plenty of Binghamton games since my daughters are in the pep band there, and I would love to see them go after their point guard Sam Sessoms, who is in the transfer protocal. Heck of a player who just finished his sophomore year and would have to sit out a year. Let jelly run the show this year and have Sessoms take over next year.
