Love the way they are playing. Passing the ball and playing at a nice pace. used the old motion offense

I have gone on record on the MAAC board as predicting an Iona victory tonight, straight up. Just a feeling, no basis for it. Good call Guy. I hope you contacted the maker of books before the game.

Who knows, they need to do something because they can’t shoot. But no! No creativity or guts, keep playing the same and this team will finish 5-15 in the Maac. Ok I apologize, gutsy half. Nice to see guts, definitely not quitting on the season tonight. That being said Quinny is playing awful but our d has a little to do with it. good to see, my bad u apologized

Hate to be a spoilsport, but Agee finished the half with zero fouls. When that happens it seems to make him over aggressive and he picks up a couple of early fouls. For TA the first five minutes of the second half are the key. And Quinny will probably heat up from deep. No denying our rebounding and hustle on defense. u really hate Agee

Short rotation, maybe Cluess said its winning time and Arnold remembered how we do it the last few games each year, starters play unless they are in foul trouble or exhausted

Who knows, they need to do something because they can’t shoot. But no! No creativity or guts, keep playing the same and this team will finish 5-15 in the Maac. Did they show enough guts tonight? When I said guts here I meant the coach having the guts to press, but maybe he was right and what they need to do is simply play good half court defense. I had no confidence before tonight that they could do that, but they showed some of that tonight, though I think Quinny helped that by being awful offensively. Pretty sure In an earlier post I said they were playing with guts tonight, but I guess you didn’t notice that one. This was one game, I have some hope, but let’s see this again Sunday and next weekend and then we can start thinking big.

I have been critical of Arnold but have to give credit when it's due. Gutsy move playing Van Eyck with 2 fouls in 1st half. Starters played great and most importantly together as a team. All of the starters took between 9-16 shots with Crawford leading the way with 16 attempts, the way it should be.
Hopefully a game to build off.
