On a neutral court with Gist, Dutch, and Risto, I believe we can handle Siena. Think we proved tonight that we can beat Siena on any court if we have at least one or two of our injured back. Not positive but I think Siena's only road win was at Iona when we were struggling to find our identity. Did not see the game live. And did not read the board prior to viewing the replay. Within minutes it was obvious we were getting reffed as the stripers were reacting to the home crowd. The non-calls were even worse than the bad calls. I'm very proud of of the gut and grit of our men of steel who took to the court Wednesday. Agree with your take. But, I think we should be very worried about Rider. They are a talented team and we will be playing them with only a day's rest. And keep in mind that our top four players averaged about 38 minutes in the Siena game, so fatigue could be a factor. I could see Rider pressing in order to wear us down, even more. Hope we get a decent crowd, though not expecting one, in order to help the team. Will probably be a tough game.

Seedings and match up's to be determined, but I think the team to beat will be St. Peters.

If fatigue is a factor with a day's rest, we may as well not even show up for the MAAC Tournament.

Tomorrow night is a really big game, the four following are VERY winnable games, say what you want but are any teams out there saying”thank God we get Iona in the 1st game”. I don’t think so.

First game is usually very difficult, especially if you are playing a team which has a game under its belt. Just think back to last year's SPU game.

Give me the 4/5 game with a rematch against Siena as the 1 seed in the semifinal game. I would take our chances in that matchup.

Already in the heads of Siena and their fan base. Though I have to admit they are wearing me out on Twitter. Wow are they triggered..lol What is their problem? They swept us. They should be happy. Only team in the Maac I root against. In those years that we had battles against Manhattan, I rooted hard for the Jaspers in the Ncaa's. Even the Monmouth Bench mob Justin Robinson team, I wanted them to get an at large. Rooted for Monmouth in the NIT's that year. Siena fan's have contempt for the rest of the Maac. To their credit, Siena does have the ability to bring more than 5k fans to their games, we do not, no other Maac school does. That being said hope they lose every game they play.

They are triggered because I mentioned the difference in free throws last night. The idiot MTS responded with , cry more" i responded and now have Siena fans coming out of the woodwork..lol. Their hot take is Iona should take their "moral" victory and go home..lol

Sirens fans know in their hearts they are horrible away from home, they forget or probally don’t realize we had 3 guys out, they also realize this will be another tough season for them like every other one,I CANTWAIT to play them again and watch them walk out crying, although by now they’re used to it.They will shit themselves if we play them in AC and it will be as enjoyable as every other year watching their reaction.

Siena fans have been waiting 10 years for hope/validation. They will alternate between assuming a championship and fearing a collapse. I hope they keep winning and that we meet them in the finals. I think that would be delicious.
