Back to the Coronavirus. My mild symptoms have persisted for three weeks. Yesterday they finally let me test and test came back today negative. Just wanted to notify some of you here because you came into contact with me during the tournament. Feel pretty good today. Take it easy. We need you at 100% for the basketball season!

Lots of uncertainty with many of these tests; timing, person administering, false negatives, bad reagents. I bet you probably had it. Glad you’re feeling better.

Who knows how all of this plays out. IF hoops doesn't start until January, I would prefer forgetting about OOC. Play the 20 game league schedule. First let's see what happens, I still have hope the full season, with kids back on campus by September/October is still very possible. 34 days later

Explained the limitations of the testing. Also got some good insight into what they are going through. Fortunately they started early here and that has helped alleviate the problem. Right now they have 1000 beds in the convention center and they are still hopeful they will never need them. I'm fortunate to be in Ohio.

In thinking about having to play this season with no fans in attendance, I feel this will give a BIG ADVANTAGE to SPU.

Bad take by Kevin Willard in an article about coaches' efforts during the pandemic: "What gets him by?" "Red wine", he joked.

Come on Super, he almost won a maac tourney game and I believe once in a post Iona interview his mind briefly recalled a time coaching somewhere in Ny, he even almost verbalized it, but I’m afraid it slipped his mind before that happened.

Willard never looked back, I guess is one way to say it. I wonder if Vin Parise and Kev Willard have any connection anymore. Someone here said Lyons still comes back to iona on occasion.
PS not related, but I think Parise and Finkelstein do a great job.
