Dutch strikes me as the type who will be out there even if he has to play in pain. He appears to have a real competitive nature and high energy level, especially on defense. I wish the entire squad had his spirit on the court. Dylan reads the board, he wonders why he is Dutch and not Dylan, Dutch not shorter so can we call him by his name, thanks Bedankt, we hebben het.

Late on this, but don't think I saw it mentioned in the thread. This game, especially the second half, was the first I have seen Washington play at a completely different pace than everyone on the court. Where was this all season? Not sure, but I hope it continues. Love the way he pushed the ball downhill in transition - it was clear that Quinnipiac had no answer. The problem was that he seemed to be on a different speed than anyone else on the court and they could not catch up. If we could get Agee to stay away from the perimeter and not always look to score when he touches the ball, this offense could be so dangerous. Hope to see them continue to push the pace w/ Crawford playing off the ball leaving him and Ross as deadly options for IW to feed. Obviously this pace will lead to defensive lapses and more turnovers than usual, but it seems to be a brand of basketball that fits these guys. Maybe we go back to our ways of winning games 94-87? Fine by me.
