Now that you mention Edgar Allen Poe. Although this may be due to losing, I was wondering if anyone else finds that the main camera at the home games make the stands and especially the corners of the gym look very dark. Watching on TV it just gives me a dark depressing feeling about the games. Looking at some old games on tape they seem bright and light and filled with energy. I haven't been to the new set up in person so I don't know if it feels that way at the game, but todays game?? -- And if they are putting up cardboard cutouts it might be nice to turn up the lights so you can see them. "Darkness there and nothing more".

Guys is stage lighting. The court is lit up with pretty much no other lights on. Barclays and staples center do it for basketball

Maybe I'll like it if they win more games.

Got mine. Told my son, Aidan (who works on the ESPN Team), to hunt it down and send a picture of it to me.

When I first saw this thread, I read it as Cardboard Coliseum. Anyone remember it?

Not only remember it, but I liked playing on it (intramurals). Soft floor and soft rims. I tried getting the Athletic Department to display pictures of the various Iona Campus venues, where the team played, when the Arrigoni court was opened. Thought it would contribute to the sense of how far we've come. Athletic Dept. didn't agree.
