Not sure if this game thread is for one or two games, but whatever it may be, go Gaels!

Edited title. Easier and neater if we just put both games in one thread. Thanks!!!

Don't ever remember playing an opponent 2 days is a row.
Should be interesting what adjustments are made (if any) in game 2 based on what occurred in game 1.

Coach Stanley sending a message? Is someone not rehabbing correctly? I took that the other way around.

Is someone not rehabbing correctly? I took that the other way around. Tough to read into the tweet. He praised Ross on Twitter previously so hopefully it’s not in regards to Gist not doing the right thing. With RP at the helm, we’re obviously getting more media coverage leading to quotes about the team - I like that he tells it how it is and is brutally honest. Seems to not be so optimistic about this year, though.

Not sure who the starters will be, but during the game, at some point I'm hoping we put out a small lineup and full court press. My idea of a small lineup:
PG-Gist OG-Chavez C- NJJ SF-Ross PF-JeanLouis
I realize that it would put us at a size disadvantage, but I haven't been too impressed with FF's ball handling, and I think our small lineup could take advantage. Also, possible that Koroma might be a better fit than NJJ. And whenever we do get Shema back, he'd be my rim protector in our press.
P.S. On the ESPN site this morning, it has Iona -3.5.
