Guy, thanks. I label positions because for most people who have followed BB it is easier to understand. In a way I was comparing our system to majors that are always on tv. When you say we'll be okay in this system, I agree we'll be okay in MAAC play, but am not sure that our system can thrive in OOC play. And in the NCAA tournament, when we get there. You talking down to '70 again?  |

While I've asked about him a few times, I have no idea of where Rodrigo Farias stands in relation to the roster. Is he staying or going, injured or otherwise not playing. Does anyone know? Was he on the bench at the Colgate game? And if he is leaving, will we bring in a player mid-year?

Seems like the silence is a HIPAA thing. We'll find out when we find out. I would think at this point they are at least thinking about redshirt, but you never know.

He wasn’t on the bench at the Colgate game He was on the bench at the St Joes game I saw him vs. St. Joes too, also still saw a wrap on his hand. He could be gone but I also think it’s possible he can’t play either for injury or due to a likely red shirt,so they let him fly back home early for Christmas. |

Aranguren ROW in MAAC. Congrats Jean! Question for those of you who have been following the other MAAC teams. (I have only seen our games against Marist and Fairfield.) Who are Jean's competitors for MAAC Rookie of the Year? De'Shayne Montgomery from MSM. averaging 13.5 and 4 boards. 30 steals and 11 blocks. Ahmad Henderson from Niagara. Averaging 13.8 and 3 boards. Believe couple more are having solid seasons. MAAC FR class is pretty good, hopefully schools can keep them |
