i would think the pg is key, much more experience The transfer is the PG, Wilson would be a bonus. So Gordan and the Stanford point guard is the guess?

2 commits. One JUCO. One transfer. Both will start. Waiting on both to announce. Wilson is the Key, land him and a starting 5 that compete for top of MAAC Sharkey, Wilson's looks like a superb athlete, but his stats are horrible, why do you (and others) have so much confidence he will start and is a major difference maker? His length and athleticism is great. I did some research and the lack of PT, which killed his production, was due to the HC. both fans and media didn't understand why Wilson and a couple others didn't get more run. Explains why 7 kids transferred from Washington without a coaching change. Look at the production guys like Burns and Stormo had, who did nothing before Siena. I'm sure there are other recent bigs in the MAAC who were in same situation

If Joel Brown from Cal and Gordon from juco do indeed end up committing, the starting lineup will start to fill out. You have to think that brown would be the starting PG with Gordon either starting at SG or SF and then Oz at C. That leaves a starting PF and SG/SF opening.

Agreed. It’s something small that could go a long way. Recruits like feeling like a big deal when they’re visiting and a cool backdrop that a lot of other schools use could only help. Something as simple as this. Talk about bad backgrounds!

Explain the Brown kids stats? Lots of minutes, none of stats impressive, and ran the show for one of the worst high major teams in d1. Glad to get an experienced high major guard, but playing devils advocate here. Any with knowledge fill me in? Meanwhile the Juco kids stats are amazing, so much so I'm thinking mostly against poor competition. But sounds like an excellent Maac starting small forward.

Something as simple as this. I have to say that posing with 5 MAAC championship trophies looks pretty good, and much better than the SJU background

Iona has done well with ranked Juco kids. He played D1 Juco and was am all American. If he's a couple inches taller, 1he's HM. Kid from Cal is a true PG. His A/TO ratio is 342/211. Pretty good for PAC12. Cal might have sucked but he was playing against very good competition. BTW, Same with Wilson. When given PT he had very good games vs teams like UCLA and Arizona
