Don't remember Zags covering Iona so much previously. I remember seeing him post about how appreciative he was that Tobin took some time at an event to talk to and take pictures with his kids. Looks like that is paying dividends so far. |

Tobin is getting tremendous press for Iona, and all positive for a change.
He's done more podcasts in 2 months, than Pitino in 3 years. Amazing, the interviews lately have been about important topics like recruiting, NIL and scheduling. So happy to no longer have to hear about the Knicks Louisville, Kentucky and all the other same bullshit the past 3 years.
Tobin and staff are really well liked and respected by the media, so can expect same coverage throughout the season, well except for the NY Post...lol
For those on Twitter, was told last night there will be a nice piece with Tobin on the field of 68 account, the biggest social media account on Twitter. Not sure what the date is that it will be posted
