As an update, I'm going to let this play out the rest of the week, but the voting on Twitter (which is 3x the voting here) is more even, so I likely won't make any changes.

For those of you who somewhat regularly use something OTHER than YouTube--would it be a terrible inconvenience to switch to YouTube or use it more consistently? Not saying I am definitely killing Apple/Spotify--just trying to gauge it all and lighten the "workload" for me in terms of getting a podcast up, and the Youtube editions get far and away more listens than the other options combined. Thanks for your input of course! Maybe this is me. But if I am listening on Spotify on my phone I can do other things like read posts on this site. If I am listening on YouTube the podcast automatically stops if I open a new window in Chrome. Like I say I am probably doing something wrong. |

I have the same issue as Ionagrad when using YouTube. Spotify works fine. Is there costs involved? I'm sure we would all contribute.

Apple mainly, because I share the links for my own podcast off that platform (I figure the majority of my audience has an iPhone like me, so it’s mostly the convenience factor)

When I'm walking outside, I listen via Spotify on my cellphone. At home,I listen via YouTube on my laptop.
