This recruitment is a bit confusing. This kid is legit and really good. Found a tweet, his full name is Rodrigo Farias Aybar. He was selected for this elite camp, but listed as Rodrigo Aybar

Rodrigo Farias - 6'2" CG out of The-Skill-Factory Prep (Atlanta, GA) and the Dominican Republic. Great handle, quick first step, athletic and has a great pull up jumper and hit the three, Tough defender who has been compared to Monte Morris style of play. Played AAU with Monte Morris EYBL Georgia Stars. Played for the Dominican Republic’s FIBAU17 Basketball World Cup team 2021 where he averaged 17.9 PPG. Also played with the NBA ACADEMY LATIN AMERICA. Was ranked by ESPN as the 18th best player in Georgia for the 2023 class.
Ratings: ESPN: ★★★ Rivals: NR 247: NR On3: NR
Offers: Georgetown, Akron, Toledo, Youngstown St and USF Interest: Tennessee State.
Scouting Reports: "Despite some struggles as a team, it was easy to see the appeal with someone like Farias as a two-way floor general. He doesn’t necessarily look to score but possesses the capabilities to do so. Farias plays with phenomenal pace to his game, never rushed or out of control, and tends to get wherever he wants off the bounce. He possesses a tight handle, extremely sharp vision, and touches the paint with consistency. Farias does a nice job of identifying the correct read and then making it. As a sophomore, he will be a prospect for coaches to monitor going forward." - Jeff Bendel | Dec 11, 2021 - Phoneme Hoops Report Player Standouts at Day Two of Phenom Tourney Town Showcase
