Late to the party but related: On an episode of Blue Bloods, Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) says a slain honors student was trying to choose between a full scholarship to Fordham or Iona. Producers on the show attended both schools... a couple references to Iona through course of all the seasons. I don't remember specific episode but there's one where there's a college basketball game on the TV in Frank's office while he's talking to someone and it's Vin Parise doing a standup interview during a broadcast. Vin and I were friends with the producer in school. That's great info and very much appreciated, SID! |
