He will be playing at the Gayle Kaundart Arena at the Stubblefield Center. This 80,766 square-foot facility features a fully-equipped weight room, an Athletic Club lounge for boosters and guests, theater seating for Athletic Club members and season ticket holders, a high-tech sound system, a film room, and an overhead scoreboard with two large video screens. There is also an auxiliary practice gym at the UAFS Fieldhouse. The Gayle Kaundart Arena hosts Texas high school championship basketball tournaments, the Tournament of Champions, and the annual Coca-Cola high school boys basketball tournament. The campus itself is impressive, spanning 170 acres. He certainly did not take a step back in terms of facilities; the training facilities on this campus are as good as, if not better than, those at 20% of Division I programs. I might have missed it, but does anyone know if Ayo and Davis are still at St. John's? And, if they have left, what school are they at? Thanks.

Makes sense, didnt understand Tobin’s signing of a SWAC/Meac talent player.hoping to catch lightning in a bottle , i guess Limited game for sure, but I actually liked him as a leader more than most of the other older guys. i agree we missed him when he was hurt alot, led by example |

The more I see where the 2023/24 Gael transfers have ended up, the more I realize what a great job Tobin did with the group last season… he was the one who brought them in though, so did we change our recruiters? |

TA was in a new job, and faced with the challenge of hiring a staff, and filling out a 13 man roster, in a short period of time. He might have been better off waiting for better players, who might or might not have become available. But, I can certainly understand why he recruited the players that he did. Experience is a great teacher, and this year TA has that experience. We'll see, but I am excited by this roster. |

Of course, FURP was no help there. |
