With five new guards it seems safe to assume that we probably won't be recruiting any more, though nothing is certain. If that is the case, which of the five are suited to play the role that Quigley played, last season? What was Quigley role?

If you don't remember, it would take me too long to explain it to you. Hopefully, other posters can remember.

1983, would you say that JQ was our PG, last season?

If that is the case, which of the five are suited to play the role that Quigley played, last season? Two things: 1. We still have 5 spots to fill. I guarantee you all 5 are not going to be wings, forwards and centers! 2. Quigley played a few different roles for us last year, including primary ball handler and the guy forced to create when no one else wanted to. I don't know if you are slipping back into "positions", as JQ really wasn't a pure PG nor a pure SG, he was a true combo for us. But, I'll make this easy--JQ was our best all-around guard last year, so if you're asking who that is, I assume it's Reaves based primarily on the fact that he's a couple years older than all the other guards, not to mention the only one truly proven to have an impact at the D1 level.

We already have more players that can create and facilitate than last year with more to come.
