Two facets that impress me about Yaphet, and that is filtering a lot because it's a highlight video.
One is his speed and quickness. He runs the floor like his is a wide receiver and hauls in some difficult passes. His footwork to either side is really quick.
Two, he does not have a dominant hand - he shows ability and range with either hand.
I'll be interested to see if I am fooled yet again by by highlight video.

Wait until you see the FINAL TWO. How about a hint.. Size, Juco or Transfer, Position Jim, I'm sorry. I put a smiley face on it as an indication that I was kidding. However, since it looks like that TA has already put together a solid roster with no apparent holes, I am expecting that we'll be very selective with our final two picks. I'm thinking that the transfer from FDU is at or near the top, along with the seven footer from Nevada, who I don't believe has committed elsewhere. As long as guys like that are available I would think we'll hold a spot for them. I do believe that fans will like the final two, because IMO, TA is sitting in the catbird seat. |

I had asked about his FT stats while in JUCO, but don't think I saw an answer. See above info on PPG and RPG, and FG%, but nothing on FT%. Possible red flag. |

sharkey, thanks. Looks like a possible reason to sit him in a close game. Although 63 % isn't terrible and with better coaching we might see an improvement.
