From Lawson St. site
Taaj, is a sophomore small forward for the Cougars. He is the leading scorer for Lawson State, averaging 15.32 ppg and pulls down 8.28 rpg. The transfer from Barton County Community College has been a spark for the Cougars all season. He has given the Cougars that extra toughness and experienced that was lacking a season ago. Taaj has been a leader for the Cougars and his on the court prowess has gained a great deal of attention, as he has been offered scholarships from several Division I schools.

Sounds like he has true small forward skills. A Cluess type of player no doubt.

For a Small Forward, pulling down 8+ rebounds is pretty impressive. Any info on his weight?

Makes total sense.. Cluess mentioned a lack of length a number of times this season... appears he's now addressing that need.

He also fits into the Cluess style with his nearly 40% (39.7% to be exact) from 3 point range. That said, we still need a true big to replace Alejo and take pressure off Mike.

Welcome aboard Taaj!
Any video on Ridley? Having played for Kennedy, a PSAL AA Bronx power, and for the Gauchos you'd think there would be something out there.
Agree on the Big, any update on whether Gibson plans to commit?

We're certainly not going to be bullied in the Maac. These 2 juco pickups give us a fresh look.
