Nice preview, but NIT? They are going with the Stags.

College Sports Madness has Iona at #81. A surprising number considering we finished with an rpi in the mid 60's last year. I guess they feel we'll regress without A-Rod and Pelch.

The guys were overlooked by a lot of folks last year and how did they respond? Well, they played with a chip on their shoulders. Go ahead, add some gas to the fire! This team is going to be even hungrier than last year's squad. Go Gaels!

Hoops Report has Fairfield at 43. I'm not quite sure how take this quote from their article: "The Stags will again be in the favorite to win the MAAC". If they are saying Fairfield is the favorite, logic would dictate the Stags will be the only MAAC team in their listing. www.thehoopsreport.com/article.aspx?id=785

The Hoops Report is trash. Last year he picked Iona at like 115th or something, and I when I questioned him on it, he attacked me and made a comment about an unbiased opinion. But hey, he was only off by about 50 spots.

I think the writer did a nice job. He must read our board. Didn't mention possibility of MO MO this year. Rating seems about right.

Fairfield's is right. Iona's is too low.
