Kevin was at last night's game and attended and addressed the Goal Club reception. He's very well spoken and thought that the Gaels were very impressive. Spoke wistfully about playing at Iona WITHOUT a three point line. As an aside it was mentioned that his youngest son, who is a sophomre at Holy Cross in Queens, is being recruited by Iona. It was said that his youngest son is better than Kevin, Jr., who starred at Holy Cross College, and who is now playing in Europe. Looks to be in great shape.

Kevin also contributed to the color during the broadcast and did a nice job.

Great to hear this. No doubt Kevin and Mike Palma shots from 3 pointer range in the '70s would have matched up favorably to todays team's success. No doubt if there were 3 pointers back then, the Lousiville game at MSG would have been a bigger blowout.

And Hamilton, do doubt would hold Iona's single game scoring record.
