My posts are meant to be funny and annoying. Its unclear if I'm successful at either.
It really feels like we're a different team than we were earlier on. It's probably mental fatigue more than physical.
The short bench may have impacted total team enthusiam. Team enthusiam raises the level of play. At the college level, its a team game. Take a look at the benches during the games.
I saw Loyola non starters jumping around. Same with Manhattan players. I love that energy.

When you are getting beat badly, everyone sits quietly.

I would say its a bit of mental fatigue, coupled with the fact that we're playing teams for the second time who know us pretty well by now. No surprises when we meet. We have to out-play them. I believe we'll see good energy the rest of the way. Only seven games left at most. Light at the end of the tunnel. And Nevada will be a fun atmosphere. Of course we haven't brought out our secret weapon yet, the "Gyro Ball."
