Greg's post here symbolizes man's isolation in a hostile universe. Which is also the stock answer for any question one may get asking what a piece of abstract art means to them.

Didn't Providence have a player on their team, named Council? Vincent Council who now plays pro ball in Greece. I do not believe that they are related.

It's a shame. Kid had a lot of talent coming out of high school. Hope that it is just a case of not getting along with the coach. But in every program, if you want to play you have to follow the rules, work hark and work some more. You may not like the coach's decisions but you have to respect the coach.

Very good player with tons of potential. Would kill in Cluess system but like Lawrence, wants to play SF not PF.

Just a Ricky McGill update. He had 30 points, yesterday, in a SV win over Nanuet. I still don't know if he's a better (College) OG or PG. 86, what do you think? IMO, we need a guy who can handle the ball, see the end of the Niagara game.

IMO, we need a guy who can handle the ball, see the end of the Niagara game. I have seen McGill play many times over the last four years. He is a true combo who can play either position. I think he would prefer to play the point as he has always had the ball in his hands as a high school player. I have also seen him play off the ball successfully. Many times today you see high school kids putting the ball between their legs or behind their backs when they are not going anywhere with the play... it is like showboating for no reason and a waste of energy. I have not seen McGill do that at all. When he puts the ball between his legs he is past you on the next step... I would expect him to be used like Momo where he shares the PG spot with Casimir. Two guards who can shoot the three and drive to the hoop would be tough to beat.
